How Curbside Junk Pickup Works
1. Call or book to describe your items and schedule a time slot.
2.Place your items at the curb before 8 am on pickup day (or the night before). To qualify for our curbside discount, all items must be curbside.
3. Our luggers arrive, give a free onsite estimate, and with your approval, begin curbside pickup & junk removal.
4. If you’re not home, we’ll charge the card on file once everything’s loaded.
5. We aim to donate or recycle as much as possible and send you a tax-deductible receipt within 14 business days.
What You Should Know Before Scheduling
All items must be outside before 8 am and placed in one spot at the curb.
Hazardous materials are not accepted.
Protect your items from the elements (for example, using a tarp) to improve donation acceptance.
Be ready for a credit card charge if you’re not present during the pickup.
